On January 10, 2023, BVM Global Senior Secondary School, Perungudi hosted an inter-school robotics tournament “INTO THE AI VERSE” in conjunction with PHIRO, a robotics platform company and ROBOTIX, a division of Meritus AI Learning experiences Pvt Ltd. Thirty teams from various Chennai schools participated in this competition.

A training session was organized in the “Phiro Pro” app and there were also sessions on various robots and artificial intelligence.

The challenge was building a soccer robot and competing with other teams to score the most goals using the app.

Nine students of standard IX  Madhav.S, Guhan.S,  S Shri Aravindh, R.M Adithya,  H Akhilesh,  Sanjeev Balaji,  A.V Pranav, Karthikram Venkatram, Nikhilesh Muralidher Manna participated.

Madhav.S. and Guhan.S of standard IX from our school won third place in the competition. They were awarded with trophies for their achievement.
