Research Open Day at MAHSA University, in association with our institution, organized an offline and online event on 27th January, 2024. Dr Antony V Samrot, Educationist, Director, Research, Innovation and Enterprise, MAHSA University, Malaysia, was the guest speaker. Dr Antony, enlightened the students about the food colorants and its health impacts. As a part of the event, the students of Std IX and XI, phenomenally debated on the topic, ‘’Is organic and traditional farming still required to serve all the plates?” The session aimed at spreading awareness about the health impacts of food colorants and also educating the students about the natural substitutes for the food colorants.
