To mark the 77th Indian Republic Day, the Interact Club of the school organized a vibrant celebration on 26th January 2026. The programme began with a disciplined NCC parade, followed by the unfurling of the Tricolour by the Principal, Mrs. Vidyalakshmi S and the Guest of Honour, Mrs. Shylaja Chandrasekar. Patriotic choir renditions set the tone for the occasion.
A speech on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, a ceremonial sapling plantation, and student speeches in Tamil and Hindi highlighted the significance of the day. A musical play depicting India’s struggles and triumphs captivated the audience, while inspiring addresses by the Guest of Honour and the Principal enriched the event. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and the National Anthem, filling hearts with pride and patriotism.
