Great Lakes Programme

The Great Lakes Programme on Management and Entrepreneurship (2025–2026), conducted in collaboration with Great Lakes Institute of Management, was a 100-hour learning journey from July 2025 to April 2026. It combined 80 hours of school-based sessions with a 20-hour immersive campus experience, offering students a strong blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exposure. Key areas covered included ICT Skills, Business Communication, International Economics, Leadership, Marketing, Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship, supported by engaging assignments and projects that encouraged critical thinking and real-world application.

The campus stays from 30 March to 3 April 2026 further enriched the experience through sessions on Business Ethics, Design Thinking, Personal Branding, AI-ChatGPT, and outbound team-building activities. The programme concluded with a valedictory ceremony where students shared their experiences and received certificates from Chief Guest Dr. Vishwanathan Iyer. Adhira Menon (1st Prize), Srivatsava (2nd Prize) and Janani (3rd Prize) were the winners of the Business Model Canvas presentation. Overall, the programme fostered confidence, collaboration and entrepreneurial skills, preparing students to face future challenges with clarity and competence.
