The Annual Day of Sri Sankara Senior Secondary School was celebrated on 8th September, 2022 at The Music Academy. Padmashri Vijay Amritraj, Tennis Legend, was the chief guest.

Shri N. Kumar, Managing Trustee, delivered the welcome address. The Principal, Smt. Mita Venkatesh presented the Annual Report highlighting the activities and achievements of the school during the last year. Padmashri Vijay Amritraj then addressed the gathering. He appreciated the students for their achievements in various fields and commended the school for providing opportunities for them to do so. He then distributed prizes to the meritorious students for their performance in the Std X and XII board examinations. This was followed by a colourful cultural programme consisting of classical and contemporary music performance, plays in Sanskrit and English and classical, fusion, western and contemporary dance performances.

The school has completed over 50 years in the service of education.
