Udhavum Ullangal, an NGO, organised the 24th Deepavali Project, ‘Anandha Deepavali’ in the month of October 21. The programme aimed at serving the children from various orphanages in Chennai. All the children were given nutritious breakfast and new customised clothes.  The children were also entertained by various programmes like music, dance and speeches. Mr Parameshwaran, an alumnus of the school, gave the opportunity to the interactors of the school to volunteer for the event. The interactors actively participated as volunteers and understood the significance of serving our society selflessly.
