The Interact Club organised a speaker meet on the topic ‘Sleep Hygiene’ in September, 2021 held virtually on Teams, attended by the interactors other schools as well as the interactors of our school. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Rtn Dr S Ramkumar, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He spoke about the importance of sleep in our everyday life and gave us pointers on how to improve our quality of sleep. It was a lively and interactive session. The questions posted by the audience were insightful, which were answered with enthusiasm by our Chief guest.
