The Interact office bearers enthusiastically participated in the mental health awareness session ‘End the Stigma Now’ that was organised by the Interact Club of Vidya Mandir, Mylapore in August,2021. Ms. Janani Vasanth, an esteemed clinical psychologist, was the speaker for the day. The session aimed at understanding mental health in general, different kinds of mental illness and the importance of having a check on ourselves because it is crucial for our wellbeing.
