The interactors of the school enthusiastically participated in the ‘Connect with Heart’ project, organised by the Chandrodaya Interact Club of Lalaji Memorial Omega International School in November, 2020. The event began with a couple of deep breathing exercises and a pledge to the self. The participants were asked many self-discovering questions by the interactors of LMOIS. The session also included a presentation on stress, causes of stress, the types of stress – the good and bad stress, signs of unbalanced stress and the solution to these problems – relaxation. The benefits of relaxation and its techniques were also discussed.
