Two junior teams from Sri Sankara Senior Secondary School, Adyar, participated in the South Zone Junior Selections of The Indian Schools Debating Society (ISDS).   Sahana Prasanna, Jayanth Alanghat Kiran, Ananth Ramdas, A.Smrithi, Sreedivya Venkatakrishnan, Kavya Karthikeyan, Kanghanaa Karthik of Std VIII and Arjun Prakash of Std. IX participated in the same.

Ananth Ramdas and Sahana Prasanna of Std VIII are selected for the intermediate round, for the Indian National squad selections.
