In our bustling lives mostly driven by money and other worldly pleasures, mental health often takes a back seat and the stigma around it makes it even worse. The truth is that good mental health can enhance social, psychological and emotional wellbeing. It is one of the most important factors for attaining a state of self-actualization.
World Mental Health Day is observed on 10 October every year, starting from 1992, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health.
This World Mental Health Day, psychology students of Class 11 and 12 aimed at breaking the stigma and creating awareness about mental health through creative mediums such as articles, poems, memes and artwork in order to create a healthier and holistic life.
