The Interact club had organised an activity the ‘Fistful of Grains’ in October. The student volunteers from Std XI collected the grains which included rice and toor dal from the students of Std I to XII. In a week long drive the students experienced the joy of giving. The collected grains were donated to Kakkum Karangal, An Old age Home at Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.
