The Department of Mathematics, organised the Math Expo ‘ANANTYA’ for the students of Std VI to XII, on 28^th October 2023. Mr Sadagopan Rajesh, Director, Aryabhatta Institute of Mathematical Sciences, was the chief guest and the judge for the projects displayed by the students of Std IX and X. Mr Charles, Mathematics Teacher, KSN School, was the judge for the projects displayed by the students of Std VI to VIII. Students presented projects from a wide spectrum of topics like Mathematics in the Vedic Era, The Chakravyuham, The Geometry of Sri Chakram, Math in Architecture, Math in Music, Tessellations to the Math behind the Latest Chandrayaan, Pisa tower, Taj Mahal, History of Mathematics, Parabolic Bridge, Chand Baori Step Wells, Tanjore Brihadeeswara Temple, Black Hole etc. 

The expo aimed at learning the importance of exploration and showcasing one’s understanding.
