The Annual Sports Meet of Sri Sankara Senior Secondary School was conducted on the 16th of April, 2022 at YMCA grounds, Nandanam.

The students eagerly participated in events like Short put, Long Jump, Relay, Running ( 400m, 200m, 100m) under Sub- Junior, Junior, Senior and Super Senior categories respectively. The meet started with a march past led by the student council, followed by all the 4 house captains and their contingents and the torchbearers lighting the Olympic torch. This was followed by our Principal ma’am declaring the Sports Meet open. The day proceeded with all the events, simultaneously with their prize distributions and concluded with the announcement of the overall trophy which was bagged by the Green House.

The event was a huge success.
