The Interact Club of Sri Sankara Senior Secondary School, in collaboration with VHS Blood Bank, organised a Blood Donation Camp on 19^th October 2024. The Interval Club members promoted the event through posters and student-made e-flyers, with a poster-making competition for students from Std III to VII. The donation process, guided by students and VHS personnel, included haemoglobin checks and doctor consultations. Teachers, staff and management actively participated, while students brought their parents. Employees from nearby companies, including Hyundai, Sony and BMW, also contributed to the effort. With 105 units of blood collected, the camp was a resounding success. Students gained valuable insights into organising large-scale events, teamwork, community outreach and the significance of civic responsibility​.
