In honor of Sardar Patel’s birth anniversary, the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Memorial Trust organizes an annual oratorical competition in multiple languages. Shivrishya Vijay of Std X D secured the third place in Tamil, Shriya Sumedh Kulkarni of Std X A earned the second place in Hindi and Advaith Mandhata of Std VIII C received a consolation prize in Telugu. The Honorable Governor of Tamil Nadu, Shri R. N. Ravi, presented the awards at Raj Bhavan on 31st October 2024.
