Sports Day 2024

The Annual Sports Meet of the school was held in August 2024, with Ms. L. Nethra, India ‘A’ Team Cricket Player from Southern Railways, gracing the occasion as the chief guest. The students of Std VI captivated the audience with an outstanding aerobic drill performance, while the boys of Std VII and VIII brought the spirit of cricket to life through their dynamic Cricket Bat Drill. The girls of Std VII and VIII dazzled the spectators with an Olympic Drill, embodying the essence of the Olympic spirit.

The students representing the four distinguished houses—Emerald, Ruby, Topaz, and Sapphire—marched with impeccable precision, symbolising coordination and discipline. The Emerald House dedicated their march to the cause of road safety, carrying banners that reflected their commitment to this vital issue. The Ruby House marched with a vision for Vikshit Bharat 2047, emphasising their dedication to the nation’s future. The Sapphire and Topaz houses dedicated their marches to the safety of women in sports and to the honour of the army, respectively, paying tribute to the relentless efforts and sacrifices of our brave servicemen and women.

The students excelled in various track and field events, showcasing their athletic prowess. Ultimately, the Sapphire House emerged as the overall champions, clinching the coveted championship trophy along with the rolling trophy for the best March Past.
