The Economics Management and Finance Club of the School  hosted the first ever event, ‘The Shark Tank ‘, 2022. The event was conducted online and was attended by the students  of Std XI and Std XII,  marking a significant milestone for the budding entrepreneurs of the school.

The judge for the event was Mr. Siddharth Swaroop who works in the Capacity of Outreach and is the manager of the ISBF-LSE programme. He expressed his joy in collaborating with the school and was pleased to mention that the school is the first among the other schools in which the ‘EMF  Club’ has been launched, to be conducting an event of its own. There were outstanding performances and thrilling Question and Answer sessions with the Shark. The first place was secured by Arun Ravi, S. Haricharen, Aparajitaa Keshav and Sanjana Gokul  of Std XI. The second place was won by Nidhi Chandrasekhar, Lakshanaa Ramesh and Samyuktha Raghuraman of Std XI. The third place was secured by Harsha Rajkumar, Shivani.S, Reshma Ramesh, Sweta.S and P.R. Vasantha of Std XII.

Th e event created an opportunity for the students to discover the entrepreneur in them by pitching in innovative and creative business ideas to the potential investors or sharks. Attended by over 50 participants and teachers, this event proved to be a grand success!
